As a teenager I always thought Yamamoto was kinda plain but I feel like this time ’round I’m appreciating him a lot more 😅 maybe his character comes across better in text (and original Japanese)? I was always more of a Gokudera fan. I used to think to think he was super cool but now I think he’s kinda cute (like a puppy lol). Dino also made a better impression on me this time (although from memory he doesn’t feature much when it becomes a battle manga). I’m getting the feeling that this would have been quite fun to read once a week, but back to back the formula is too apparent. It’s still pretty funny, but there’s essentially nothing out of left field to really be impressionable.
