I had low expectations going into this because I thought it was going to be a fluffy wish-fulfilment marriage story.
Things I Like
- The home/medicinal cooking
- The cute mother/daughter-in law relationship 😊
- Political intrigue!
Things That Could Be Improved
- The way MangaUP likes to split chapters into 6 parts….(so nothing in particular against the manga itself)
Verdict
I was enjoying this well enough when it was mostly about culture shock with a dash of medicinal cooking, but then things got dicey politically which makes it even better 😮 This may be more of a 11 chapter review than 10…because MangaUP confused me up with all it’s parts. A nice easy read.
