I remember being interested in this but I can’t really remember why? I get the feeling it was solely on the Alice in Wonderland reference LOL
Things I Like
- It’s a death game of sorts but doesn’t purely focus on the ugly side of humanity
- Arisu’s analytical skills
- Karube’s attitude and mentality and trust
- The drip feeding of information is well paced
Things That Could Be Improved
- Chota kinda sucks and it doesn’t seem like he’ll get a chance to redeem himself?
- Blatant male gaze
Verdict
I usually do not like death games at all but I like how this one focuses more on analysis and thinking outside the box. Karube and Arisu make a great team. I’m sure the series will become very tragic but I hope for these two to make it through.
