Would not have picked this as a manga about manga based on the title.

- Interesting premise
- Focus on young and older mangaka

- I’d like Miyama to have more allies/friends
- More from the editorial side would be nice
- More about his former assistants would be nice
Verdict
It’s Bakuman but somehow even more shonen battle 😂 Which is maybe why there isn’t that much focus on the editorial side of things. Times have changed since Bakuman so I’m interested in how much this one will incorporate in terms of the newcomer style awards and prizes. I’m thinking in particular of the competitions Shueisha run where you win an anime adaptation etc.
