What I Liked
- Keinain
- Nao and Lily were ok too
Where I Think Things Went Wrong
- The characters never really evolved past their initial archetypes
- Things were a bit too predictable with Chojo actually being kind behind his jerk exterior
- Not enough interaction between the different characters
- The hinted romance between Chojo and Nao was a bit weird…
- Getting more serious towards the end (Chojo and Meguru’s backstory, the other psychic) was also jarring
Conclusion
I think the individual components were ok but they never managed to click. And it never got as absurd as Gintama, Excuse Me Dentist/Taro Miyao or even Yokai Buster Murakami to be memorable. I like it way more than Roboco though LOL. I’d put it on the same gag manga level as Highschool Family.
