I wasn’t expecting the twist in the first chapter

- Commerce being spun as what will save the forest, it’s probably half the truth, which is why it makes a good lie haha
Things That Could Be Improved
- Surely there are *some* smarter elves out there? 😅 it feels too easy for the protagonist…
- Anti-hero that I don’t really feel like supporting. But I don’t feel like supporting the elves either…
Verdict
I’m just a bit too ambivalent about this story. It’s not bad but I don’t feel invested in either the protagonist or the elves’ futures. And I feel a bit bad for the elf assistance girl, since she’s the one who is actually going to hurt the most from all the things happening around her… Also, I obviously don’t remember any of the character’s names at all, which is pretty rare for me 😅
