I read a horror manga 😲
I usually hate horror. But this was fascinating 😅 I think it really helped that all the characters were quite likeable. Decent kids trying to help out their friends.
I guess my main ‘issue’ was there was a lot of collateral damage from Chi’s rampages… Most of which seemed pretty glossed over? Surely the authorities would be interested and the general populace would notice haha… But from a story point of view I think it was best that the cast was kept small.
I was a bit surprised at the relatively happy ending. It felt tonally jarring. But I was ok with it since the origin story was interesting and I could see Chi letting Ryota go as a brotherly love thing. Poor Chi and Ryota’s dad though…hopefully he just never realises and lives a happy life with his son 😅
