- How the father and son are trying to understand each other better
- It’s cool that the university students get to do a lot of fieldwork…if circumstances were different?
Things That Could Be Improved
- The main character doesn’t have much personality
- One of the most interesting characters is already gone
- Not enough hints as to why the monkeys ended up this way. Surely it has to be more than habitat reduction…
Verdict
I feel like this series debuted at the wrong time. Noisering is a much more interesting scientifically and suspense-wise. And the Mexican time-loop one does better in terms of the violence but also giving the character/s more tools to work with. Also to be honest, I don’t really like monkeys…
