Oh another backlog title! Glad I have the subscription to be able to read the vault chapters.
Things I Like
- The way they need to combine their powers to become one functioning exorcist lol
- Each character is quirky but not in an irritating way
- The student council president’s dual/dueling dialogue is amusing
- Koreshiki is super cool
- The way various characters stand up for themselves and/or address their weaknesses
- Dumb high school boy shenanigans
Things That Could Be Improved
- The female characters are a bit one note at the moment
Verdict
Wow this is like a masterclass in setting up an engaging shonen series. The translation is also pretty damn good haha. Lots of well used slang. I can’t believe how much they’ve managed to fit into 10 chapters. And they are doing well at dropping hints at the different character’s individual circumstances. This is a hilarious series that I’m definitely going to continue reading.
