What I Liked
- The genuine joy Ogami got from learning
- Ogami calling his friend Master
- The relationship between the sports dude and home ec president
What I Was Uncomfortable With
- The whole age thing. Even if Noren ended up also being an adult. It was so awkward
- The whole age thing. Isn’t he like the same age as his daughter now? He did have a daughter right? We saw Eri but we never saw his daughter? Maybe for the best…
- The pacifier thing confused me
- The zombie characters. They kinda inferred that it was reversible? But it never happened?
- I felt most of the plot was kinda cringe LOL The unicorn challenges and what-not.
Conclusion
It didn’t feel like a cohesive package, but it did try to be stylish (it would have been in a different context haha) and sometimes middle schooler Ogami’s reactions were kinda cute. There were quite a few tough girls this time round (compared to Kuroko) which is also a bonus. I didn’t love it, I didn’t hate it, if anything I basically felt very conflicted and confused by it haha…
