Things I Like
- Learning about cleaning clothes/fabric
- The son of the inn-keeper is reliable and sensible, feels very relatable
- Curious about the twins’ living situation
Things That Could Be Improved
- It’s kinda annoying every time the main character does her business spiel, even the other characters think so
- The little girl is also annoying
- I’m not that curious about her lost memories because I’m more preoccupied with how someone with no memories managed to turn an abandoned building into a fully functioning business LOL. Did she lose her memories but somehow have tonnes of cash???
- I find the main character’s facial expressions kind of odd and suggestive
Verdict
I don’t know about this one. I feel like it’s almost edutainment. But I’m really turned off (no pun intended) by what seems to be erotic overtones whenever the main character is thinking. Like, she just wants to eat fish/put her feet in a foot bath, why make it look like she’s aroused? 🙄 I also don’t find her very likeable. So we’ll see if the edutainment outweights my dislikes or if I manage to get over my hang-ups.
