Hmm, didn’t realise Lofus’ eyes were different colours.
Things I Like
- Carlos is a dear 😂
- Lofus’ tsundere act is kinda fun. I guess I see it in girl characters a lot so it’s kinda refreshing to see it in a male character?
- The way Fol’s alternate reality self is trying to influence Fol’s actions in this world
- The art is gorgeous
Things That Could Be Improved
- They rushed straight into Lofus taking action to change the future so I feel like I don’t have a great grasp of the world political/geographic structure
Verdict
This is a really fun series. At first I thought it was going to be an easy mode series but things really escalated when they went on the monster culling ship trip. Also they did a great job with Fol because about 7 chapters in I was thinking how the girl on the cover hadn’t appeared yet 🤣 I hope there’s more politics because at the moment it feels very battle focused.
